Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. Please note that the delivery time consists of the processing time and the shipping time:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you order a shirt, it will require 1 business day for processing and an additional 8-12 business days for shipping (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 9-13 business days.

Please be aware that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time Exceeded:

Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. We can cancel your order if the payment has been processed, and the parcel has not yet been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
