Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here are the details:

  1. Eligibility: All purchases, including regular-priced items and sale items, can be returned within 7 days from the date you received the last package of your order.

  2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • All items in the package must be intact. If any item is missing or not in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any fees incurred, and a refund will not be issued.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  1. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping from the United States will be covered by Friday Float.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, you have two options:

Option 1: User Center (Recommended)

  • Visit the user center of our online store and apply for an exchange or return.
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  • Once the return is approved, you will receive a return label.

Option 2: Email Request

  • Send us an email requesting an exchange or return, including your order number, to the email address associated with your order: support@fridayfloat.com
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  • Once the return is approved, you will receive a return label.

For Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we will process your request promptly after it is approved.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, we will send you the desired product immediately.

For Refunds:

  • After we receive your returned products, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Kind Reminder:

  • All return packages must be authorized. Returns that are not authorized by our customer service team will not be honored.
  • Do not return the item(s) to the address on the package you received. That address is not our designated return address and may affect the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, we accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Please submit a help ticket through the “Contact Us” section on our website to request an order cancellation. If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Retocking Fee: We charge $2 as restocking fee for goods returned which will be deducted from your paid amount.
